【FAQ’s Gym Policies】
Q: Can I get a refund on the registration fee?
A: Registration fees are non-refundable.
Q: Can you “hold” my class spot for me?
A: We cannot hold class spots without a tuition payment ( or deposit for future program). Current members always have “ first dibs” on their class spots and payment of tuition by the due date is how we know you still want your class spot. When tuition is not paid on time, you risk losing your spot to someone else.
Q: What’s your policy on make-up classes?
A: We have one of the most liberal make-up policies around. You may make up any class for any reason as long as your tuition is current for the month in which the make-up class occurs. For instance, in order to participate in a make up class in February, your February tuition must be paid. This prevents people from “saving up” their make-up classes into a “free month”. If you know you’ll be missing a class, you may schedule make-ups before the missed class. Make-up classes must always be scheduled in advance by just calling the Gym office at 078-436-2291 or in person at the front desk.
Q: I missed two classes in October. Can I take them as a credit on November’s tuition?
A: Missed classes never count as credit toward another month’s tuition or any other program. You may schedule make-ups for those missed classes during any month in which your tuition is current.
Q: We’ve missed three classes this semester, so we’ll just take them in December instead of paying for December’s tuition.
A: Missed classes never count as credits toward another month’s tuition. In order to complete make-up classes in any month, your tuition must be current for that month.
Q: We’ll be going on vacation for ten days this month, Can I just pay for 1/2 the month?
A: Our program enrolls month-by- month, not class-by-class, so we can’t pro-rate tuition for the month. In this instance you could schedule one make-up class before you go on vacation and one make-up class after you return, that way you get all your classes in and don’t risk losing your class spot.
Q: We missed three classes last month. Can I get refund for those classes?
A: We cannot offer refunds on classes that have already occurred. This is because we held that class spot for you and were unable to sell it to someone else.
